I see your point about the convenience of automatically sizing the font,
and I originally thought about having @sizedexample compute the
parameter for you.

But I think that could be a little too automatic.  It could lead to a
document where every example is at a slightly different size--ugh.  It
is probably better to give the author more control and make authors
think a bit about what they are asking for.
