Re: makeinfo and expansion of @html in section name

    @end html

This isn't allowed.  @html is a multiline command and @section's
argument has to be on one line.  So they're fundamentally incompatible.
(You couldn't put an @example or any other environment in a @section
title either.)

So I'm not sure there's a bug here?
