standalone info: ][ wrong in indices

Luc Teirlinck <address@hidden> reported one problem with
standalone info in the context of a long discussion -- the ][ commands
do not work "correctly" in index nodes in standalone info.  Instead of
going to the next node, they follow the first index entry (= menu item).

Emacs Info works around this by saying that if the node contains the
word `index', don't follow any menu.  Although this is far from perfect,
it is better than the current behavior.

Can either of you work on this?
