    I'd suggest introducing --text as a clearer and more mnemonic alias.
    But I guess the point is that --html leads to ifhtml etc. which is not
    the case here.  Hm...  Maybe it should?

The @ifplaintext (no need for @plaintext) command was introduced in 4.2.

We could have --plaintext as an alias for --no-headers, but in general
aliases don't seem all that interesting to me.
