Hi Simon,
Texinfo has all non-ASCII I needed, except for ª (ISO-8859-1 0xAA,
I've added @ordf{} and @ordm{} to texinfo.tex and makeinfo (at berlios).
For plain Info, I just output a and o. Can anything better be done?
Alper, I did not actually check that it outputs the right thing for
HTML, XML, and Docbook. From what I could see ª and º are the
entity names, but HTML does not support them. I didn't actually try it.
