I verified that Info and HTML works, but for PS/PDF/DVI I get:
/home/jas/src/libidn/doc/libidn.texi:1277: Undefined control sequence
...
Transcript written on libidn.log.
/usr/local/bin/texi2dvi: etex exited with bad status, quitting.
/usr/local/bin/texi2dvi: see libidn.log for errors.
make: *** [libidn.dvi] Error 1
from TeX. Any ideas?

I tested DocBook PS/HTML too, and it works.
