I wanted to read the discussion about dir categories in Info manuals by
following the link in the Texinfo TODO file, but, alas, this link is broken:

I browsed the archives and I think I found the right link:

Karl, could you confirm this is the correct link?
BTW, I also noticed that most other links in the TODO file are broken
too. However, they can be easily fixed because they have redirection
pages.
