With the CVS version of makeinfo this:

produces:

1. Shouldn't there only be a line after the first row?

2. It confuses the fontlocking in Info mode in Emacs, because it looks
   like a @subsection.  Adding a trailing SPC to the line of -'s would
   be a simple way to fix it.
