The link in the HTML output for @listoffloats is broken if a caption
contains `<'.  E.g.

@float Figure,test
Foo.
@caption{Uses of /=, =, <, >, <=, and >=}
@end float

produces a link like:

<a href="&lt;.html#test">Figure 1.1: Uses of /=</a> &lt;=, and &gt;=
