in fact, this example describes what Jasper actually needs.
But yes, you are right, he can use @subsubheading.
The only problem is that he has no means to get his `subsubsubsection'
titles to the toc, but it shouldn't be crucial.
Thus it seems that there is no need for any immediate fix in texinfo.tex.
(I have something in mind anyway, but that can wait a week or three ;-)
