@listoffloats menu entries

The menu produced by @listoffloats in Info output doesn't work if the
float has a caption.  E.g.

@float Figure,fig1
@caption{Foo}
@end float

produces an entry like:

   * Menu:

   * Figure 1.1: Foo:                       fig1.

It looks like the description and anchor have been swapped.  It should
probably have been:

   * Menu:

   * Figure 1.1: fig1.                      Foo
