However, what I miss is a address@hidden' command.
I agree this would be useful, but it's not going to be implemented soon,
sorry.
I think you could generate an approximation to a part page with
something like:
@page
@chapheading Part 2: Reference
@page
but that won't help with the TOC. One day ...
