Urgh, I think this happened when I switched from

  * Figure 1.1 - Caption

to

  * Figure 1.1: Caption

Karl, ``Figure 1.1. Caption'' seems to work, what do you think?

  * Figure 1.1: anchor.                    Caption

does not seem logical to me (reading the anchor does not reveal much,
and also Figure and Caption should be together.)
