When the first @sub ends, @end html reenables escaping. I made
it to check if it's really out of the @html block before mocking
with escaping.

I tried to fix this one too. Let me know if doesn't work as expected.
Output of above example is now: <p>C<sub>1<sub>a</sub></sub>
