Well, it does, but if the anchor length exceeds the column width we
define, it won't look good.
Tough. Anchor names should be short. I suggest column 30 should be fine.
(It's a much worse problem in indexes, even going to col 40 as we do.)
Why don't we use '.' in captions instead
of ':'? Seems cleaner to me.
We have to pick a convention. I picked : because that felt like what
was used in the majority of technical articles/books I've read. I don't
see any overwhelming argument either way. So let's just leave it, ok?
