Thanks. There still seems to be a problem with the index, though.
For example, try `i read' which gives me
No such anchor in tag table or node in tag table or file: Input Functions
Also, the index node is truncated when you visit it. The last entry
is "read syntax for characters" -- there should be a lot more entries
from the rest of the alphabet.
