That works nicely for an xref to Top, but references to other nodes seem
problematic. For example, the Texinfo manual has references to
Narrowing, Pages, Special Forms, Lisp Debug, Regexps, and plenty more in
the Emacs and Elisp manuals. I don't fancy manually changing them.
That's what computers are for, after all.
This will benefit the HTML output as well, since it hides the node
name not unlike what Emacs does nowadays.
Seems like we should change that as well, for example add "(manualname)"
to the link, as in <a href="emacs/Narrowing.html">Narrowing (emacs)</a>.
