macro in flag name badly handled

Hi,

Indeed a dubious construct (makeinfo handle right a macro in @set
argument and in a @value).

makeinfo says that the value isn't defined and tex has a very strange 
error message with the following construct:

@macro foo
bar
@end macro
                                                                                
@set @foo{} thing

@value{bar}

makeinfo complains that bar has no value, it should have the value `thing'.
