I attached a diff against the manual.

Maybe it could be possible that makeinfo warns about the \ followed by
@value or @macro instead of a parameter name. For example, I think makeinfo
should warn in the following case, even when the macro isn't expanded:

@macro amacro{arg}
address@hidden
@end macro

makeinfo warns, but only if @amacro is called.
