Hello,
again, I've checked the changes in berlios. The change between
1.39 and 1.40, which fixes a bug reported by Arnold, is not correct.
Even though it's enough to write \'a for accented a, one can also
use \'{a}, as in Dvo\v{r}\'{a}k (note the uniformity).
To get the correct index sort string, \' has to be @asis, not \empty.
To accomplish this goal, I started to distinguish between
`accnet control letter' and `other control letter.'
Please apply the patch attached to this mail.
