    When compiling Texinfo 4.5 (which came with teTeX 2.0.2), on QNX
    Non-commercial edition 6.2.1, it is failing to compile info/terminal.c since
    BC and PC are undeclared.

I've made changes in this area since 4.5 -- if you can try 4.7
(from ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/texinfo), please do.  Although looking at my
current code, I'm not sure things will be any better for your particular
case.

Otherwise, I can try to do some more configure tests to make it work.
