Maybe it is too late to change, or not worth, but I think that the
shortcaption should be used consistently in @listoffloats for all the formats.
And I also think that the shortcaption should be assumed to be shorter
even when it is not the case, as it means that the user really wanted the 
shortcaption to be used. It will be truncated in info anyway if it is too long.
