Aah, thanks. I missed that. Maybe a short remark for the @document*
commands can be added -- there are probably more people who forget
that.
After some thinking I believe that it actually makes sense to have
the @document* commands before @setfilename:

@documentencoding ISO-8859-1
@setfilename Benützerhandbuch
