macro definitions in macro args

Hi,

I tested macro definitions in macro arguments and it seems that the macros
are only defined when the args are expanded, not when the args are collected.

Similarly a macro call in macro args is expanded when the args are expanded
and not when they are collected.

There might be nothing wrong with that behavior...
I attach a file showing that.
