About the keywords meta.

    A file having the anchors:
      <a name="Commutative-Rings">
      <a name="index-commutative_002dring-897">
      ...

    should have in its <head> section:

     <META NAME="keywords"
           CONTENT="Commutative Rings, commutative-ring, careful,
           ...

Doing this can only help, seems to me.  Alper, please go ahead and
implement it if you like.
