The Texinfo source include various files, so it is difficult to reduce
into a self contained example.  But download

http://josefsson.org/libidn/releases/libidn-0.5.4.tar.gz

and extract it, then replace texinfo.tex, and invoke 'texi2dvi
libidn.texi' in doc/.
