Sure.  Installed.

I would guess that @table does not work inside any line-oriented
environment.

Looking at the sample manual, I don't think @display is being used as
intended.  I see no reason for line-for-line input there.  If you really
want indented tables for some reason, you could use @quotation.
However, using @deffn or a related command for the configuration option
descriptions would be more in keeping with Texinfo than the homegrown
@cfgopt macro.
