chmod a+x <Download>/texinfo-4.7/install-sh

While installing texinfo-4.7 under Solaris I had to modify the file access
mode of "install-sh" to "executable"

chmod a+x <Download>/texinfo-4.7/install-sh

The file delivered with the souce distribution seems to have the wrong
acces mode.
