I'm sorry, Werner.  I went through the Texinfo project at savannah and
removed the people as developers who didn't actually do commits, for the
sake of cleanliness, and you were one of them.  And then I forget to
tell you.

If you want dev access, that's fine with me, of course.  Otherwise, can
you switch to anon?
