    Here I wanted to say that the book wasn't easy to find on the internet. 

How did you search for it?  When I google for  tex for the impatient
the first link is one of the README files I wrote for the distribution.

If there's somewhere I could/should submit it to increase its
visibility, I'd like to know.
    
    But that I found easily what I wanted in that book...
