Hi Karl,

Yes you're exactly right. As a newbie on texinfo I indeed took a 
seperate chapter. It was the manual of GNU PSPP.
Now it seems to work better. I only get an error about a version.texi.
But the maintainer states that versions.texi is generated on the 
configure of PSPP. That's what I'm going to try now.
