reliable cross-manual references, which texi2html doesn't.
Actually, the latest texi2html (from texi2html.cvshome.org) supports
exactly the same scheme as Texinfo. In fact it was the principal
texi2html maintainer, Patrice Dumas, who did most of the work on the
specification for it.
Anyway, as I told Bruno in separate mail, I will look at the other
problems when I can.
