    Same result for makeinfo 4.7 on OS X.  It works fine on GNU/Linux, so
    it's probably platform specific.

Unfortunately I do not have any MacOSX machines on which I can debug.
Are you in a position to do so?  Otherwise I'm afraid this will just
have to sit until someone with a Mac can work on it.

    makeinfo: could not open --css-file: ansicl.css

I see I forgot to include the errno info.  I'll see if I can do that, at
least.
