`mostlyclean' removes object files, while the linked binary is removed by
`clean'. I can see an analogy: mostlyclean would remove xref files, while
dvi and ps would be removed by `clean'.
I've never used `mostlyclean' but when it exists, Automake should support
it reasonably.
