Ok, it didn't apply to texinfo from 4.8, but:

This I added.

This doesn't work at all, as the writetocentry macro is somehow
different in 4.8.

Anyway. I tested it with only the above addition of \nobreak and it
worked out well. Thanks a lot.

The \nobreak will be in the next Debian upload.
