Sorry, I cannot make sense of these errors.  Why is <small> disallowed
in text?  They probably want me to use CSS.  But there's no reason to
use CSS for this little text, it would be a pain to do so.

And I'm sure that I am not missing a MAP, IFRAME, or BUTTON.  Why it
thinks I need one, I have no clue.

These are the kind of things that drive me crazy about "standards".

If you or anyone can deduce what is really "wrong" with makeinfo's
output, and if/how it can be changed without breaking browsers in the
real world, I'd be glad to know it.
