No, I see the top node for xemacs:
File: new-users-guide.info,  Node: Top,  Next: Intro,  Prev: (dir),  Up: (dir)

This appears to be something installed by red hat, as there is a dir
entry from them:
* Intro: (new-users-guide).     Introduction to the XEmacs Editor.

So forget that example.

info passwd shows me the passwd(1) and (5) man pages.  Then if I hit t,
I get (with current cvs info)  Cannot find node `Top'.

Presumably this is because man Top returns nothing for me on RH, and my
attempted hack avoids having it search for man top, while man Top returns the
top man page for Norbert.
