That sound fine for me.  But also if you issue:
info --version
you'll see:
Copyright (C) 2004 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
There is NO warranty.  You may redistribute this software
under the terms of the GNU General Public License.
For more information about these matters, see the files named COPYING.

Also here the "version 2 or (at your option) any later version" is
missing. Thats what caused me to open this bug: both the man page *and*
the program claim only GPL (which implies version 1).

Well, I am not intending to run through any help2man using app in
Debian and check if the GPL is correctly referenced (which implies
running --version or similar as well).
