Actually, it's not an internal link, nor were any documents renamed.
It's a link to a different manual -- the Info manual, not the Texinfo
manual.  (Made with a five-argument @xref, in Texinfo terms.)
Unfortunately, cross-manual links do not yet work properly in HTML
output.  I could kludge it by post-processing the HTML output, but have
been reluctant to do so.

FWIW, the right link would be
