>From texinfo 4.11, running "makeinfo --docbook" against binutils.texi from
binutils-2.18 produces the following invalid XML:
<book id="book-root" lang="en">
<title>gnu Binary Utilities</title></bookinfo>
===========
That </bookinfo> tag does not belong there.
