Re: splitting up --help text, sorting --where alphabetically

    seven lines of info_short_help() could be removed and the above
    statement replaced with the following:

Ah, of course.  I knew there was something amiss when I made the change,
but I just forged ahead :).  I made the change.  Thanks.

(I imagine that install-info's --help should be split up as well; I'll
get this before starting pretests again ...)
