Always welcome.  There's a TODO file at http://texinfo.org/TODO (and in
the distribution), FWIW.

    I am not bugging you with the details of Ubuntu Linux OS running
    on obsolete Shuttle hardware...

three-releases-out-of-date version of Texinfo :).
