Do you have info-stnd.info file in your Info directory? If so, that's
the manual you are looking for.

"info info" is the manual that describes the Info _system_ and the
commands common to all Info readers.

By looking at the menu items related to Texinfo in your DIR file, I
guess. How else? How did you know about the others?
