According to that article, that "Reader" has absurd restrictions on its
users, so supporting it, per se, is not something we'd want to do.

However, this article mentions at least two free software readers for
the format, so that is fine.
    
    It has the advantage over pdf that the e-reader can layout the pages
    itself, such that the pages are always at a readable font size.

    It also has a standard index page which can be automatically
    rendered in the reader.

This kind of XML-based output format is not something I'm likely to
program myself, but I'll put it on the (other) todo list and perhaps a
volunteer will come forward at some point to do it.
