[bug #28359] matchtitle underscore width not with the title when title contain wide char

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #28359 (project texinfo):

a simple test file, compiled info, and what it looks like in plain text and
emacs. The text file is modified from info help of Texinfo(
Sample Texinfo Files:: > Short Sample Texinfo File).
