it is explained how to do a checkout. The module name is texinfo.

It is part of texinfo cvs now, but still not part of a release. In
fact we are more or less waiting for the last 'standalone' texi2html
release before doing the first release of texinfo with texi2html.

Indeed, it only catches the changes in the pdf and dvi output.
