Follow-up Comment #3, bug #22696 (project texinfo):
I am not sure that it is an info issue, but rather a makeinfo issue because
end of lines are not broken rightly -- though maybe I didn't really understand
the report.
A good news is that end of line breaking in chinese should be right in tp
(that is, line may be broken between any wide chinese character). There is
even a test in the texi2html testsuite (if I recall well more or less this
test), that is not currently fully ported to tp, but that will eventually be.
