Follow-up Comment #11, bug #35395 (project texinfo):
Sorry, the comment was for the other bug.
This is also fixed, with a customization variable, IMAGE_LINK_PREFIX, to be
used like
texi2any --set-customization-variable IMAGE_LINK_PREFIX=../somewhere
