Yes, I call --with-system-... only for the other two, this one is
not in Debian.

I just did install only the build-deps as they are now, and run
        make check ALL_TESTS=yes
and got good results:

install-info/tests
# TOTAL: 53
# PASS:  51
# SKIP:  2

tp/tests
# TOTAL: 3
# PASS:  2
# SKIP:  1

tp/tests/many_input_files
# TOTAL: 3
# PASS:  1
# SKIP:  2

Pod-Simple-Texinfo
# TOTAL: 1
# PASS:  1

I guess I will activate that by default and let us see how the build
daemons crumble ... at least we get some reports what needs to be fixed ;-)
