install-info --entry --remove

Hi Benno,

    Subject: some more itching msgids

    [...]
Further, the following paragraph from the help text of
install-info doesn't make sense to me:
"TEXT is only removed as a last resort, if the"
"entry as determined from the Info file is not present,"
"and the basename of the Info file isn't found either"
It doesn't seem to be related to its preceding text.

When I experimented, it seemed that install-info --entry=TEXT simply
does not work with --remove, which is what that was talking about. I tried:
  install-info --dir-file=dir2 --remove --entry='* info(info)' testfly
to remove `info' from `dir2', but it only looked for the entries in testfly.

Looking at the source, I'm not sure if that's intended or an oversight.
But since no users seem to have noticed or cared about this (hardly
surprising), I simply removed the above --help text implying that it works.

Thanks,
Karl
